Housing again!

The average housing price in Santa Clara has stayed flat in the last month. This week the year over year average housing price increase is just 0.9% in Santa Clara.

Recently the 10-year bond rate has come down and FOMC may be ready for a rate cut. So the mortgage rate is on the way down, will we see the housing price picking up again? According to our good friend at http://www.patrick.net/housing/crash.html it's not going to be the case but he was wrong for at least 4 years.

Youtube

I heard Youtube.com in San Mateo is valued at great than 1 billion. This is a company just about 1 year old. The Sequoia guys must be waking up laughing in the middle of the night.
